Pomona Valley Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning provides residential and commercial plumbing, HVAC, and water heater services throughout Pomona, CA and the Inland Empire. This site is for informational purposes and to facilitate service requests.

3. Estimates & Pricing

Estimates are subject to on-site assessment. We use flat-rate pricing — you approve the price before we start. There are no hidden fees or surprise charges.

4. Appointments & Cancellations

We make every effort to arrive within your scheduled window. If you need to cancel, please contact us at least 2 hours before your appointment. Emergency calls are subject to availability.

5. Warranty

We stand behind our work. Labor warranties are provided in writing on your invoice. Parts are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. If you are not satisfied, contact us and we will make it right.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of services performed. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or damage from deferred maintenance. Our technicians document and disclose any pre-existing issues before beginning work.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles or San Bernardino County, CA.
